To initiate a return and/or refund!
A customer is eligible for a refund based on the following conditions.
- Any returns will be shipped prepaid.
- The return policy allows you to return or exchange the item within 60 days of purchase.
- No refunds will be initiated after 60 days.
- If you received a damaged product you must contact us within 5 business days of receipt.
- To be eligible for the refund, after the 5 days, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging received. Damaged or misused products are NOT eligible for refund.
- Items such as GIFT CARDS or Special Orders are non-refundable.
- To claim a return or refund, customers must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Factory defective and shipping damaged items will be replaced at face value.
Our refunds policy━
- Any refund will be less shipping costs.
- After your return is received, the product will be inspected by our team members.
- The refund can be accepted or rejected based on the product conditions.
- You will be notified through email whether your product is approved or rejected for a refund.
- If the product is approved, the refund will proceed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original payment method within 24 hours.
- Also, payments may be delayed or missed through no fault of our own. If you have not received your refund after approval within 72 hours follow the instructions below.
- First, check your bank statement
- If not credited, you may need to contact your credit card company as it may take some time to clear the credit card payment agency.
- If you have not received your refund in 5 working days for the time of approval, contact email@example.com.
Refunds for Gifts
For special orders such as gifts.
If the item was marked as a GIFT and shipped directly to your giftee, the refund will be a credit at the face value of the gift less shipping. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, if a refund is approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to the giftee.
These REFUND POLICIES must be followed to facilitate your refund. Also, we urge our customers to visit this page at least once per month. These policies are subject to change without notice.
